Reports to Sr. Manager / Manager – EHS

B. Tech Fire & Safety from approved college with 2+ years of experience.

Or Science graduate with Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety

with 3+ years of experience.

Or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with Diploma/PG Diploma

industrial safety with 4+ years of experience.

Qualification in Environment management will be an added advantage.

Job Description-

 To support EHS Manager/ Lead in the day today activities.

 Monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus to

ensure safe working.

 Ensuring the safe manufacturing process in co-ordination

with Operation head and Production Manager to ensure

accident free site.
 Regular inspection of Fire pump room, Service block, ETP, LPG
banks and STP.
 Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid

the risk & hazard.

 Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work.

 Inspection of machines, lifting tools and other equipments to
ensure the compliance and safe working.
 Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper
working.
 Training to the workers and service staff.

 Ensuring the safety induction of workers in co-ordination with

Operation head and Production Manager.
 Ensuring contractor’s safety programme.
Desirables:
 Should have exposure of Manufacturing unit.
 Exposure of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 and any other standards
wouldbe an advantage.
 Knowledge of environment regulation would be an added
advantage.
Skills sets required:
 Skilled in computer operation of MS Office and Power point is must.
