Reporting to: Sr. Manager HR
Experience: 3 to 5-year experience
CTC: 3 to 4 Lacs per annum
Qualifications/Characteristics:
 Graduate (Any Stream)
 MBA in HR is added advantage
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Description
 Must have good knowledge HR Activities
 To handle HR activities like Recruitment, Training Development, Grievance handling.
 Employee engagement and Compliance adherence (PF, PT, ESIC, Gratuity all process and payment done on
time) etc.
 Take care of all Admin activity
 Will have to keep a track of proper utilities bill payment done, office and office property insurance done on
time,
 Manage travel booking for employees, AMC for this job.
 Plant / factory Experience is mandatory.
 Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
 Must be detail and results oriented with a proven track record of success.
